SMS email alerts (all packages)
Set up an SMS email alert, and it'll keep an eye on your incoming email for you. When an email arrives that meets one of your preset rules it'll send you an SMS text message to let you know. You can set rules based on words contained within the subject line of the email, or the sender's email address so you'll never miss an important email again. Each SMS text message sent costs 10p, purchased in advance.

File manager (all packages)
Scrap your FTP client! If you're out and about and need to update your website simply log into your MyPANEL control panel, and select the "File manager" link on the menu. You'll be able to upload, delete and chmod content and folders from any internet enabled PC.

Basic sitebuilder (excludes Value Host packages, but is available as an upgrade)
Clueless about web design? Need a website quickly? Our basic sitebuilder tool enables anyone with basic keyboard skills to build a five page website based on a choice of 60 pre-designed templates. You can choose the font style, colour & size as well as uploading your own images to each page. Content is added and edited using a simple form and publishing your website is as easy as clicking one button!

MySQL backup tool (all packages)
At last an easy way to create full MySQL database backups. Our tool creates an SQL dump of your MySQL database within your webspace, at the click of a button.

PHP settings control (all packages)
You're firmly in control and can run PHP just the way you want it, by instantly altering a range of PHP settings using this new tool. It is possible for all users to customise the following items: upload_tmp_dir, session.save_path, session.use_trans_sid, register_globals and session.gc_maxlifetime. In addition Premier Host users are also able to edit max_execution_time, memory_limit & upload_max_filesize.

Full support for "mapped" domains (all packages)
It's now possible to add additional "mapped" domains to your web hosting package quickly and easily through MyPANEL. In addition you can now choose whether your additional "mapped" domains are included in your website statistics, and you can view all domains mapped to your package at the click of a button.

Forwarding email filters (excludes Value Host packages, but is available as an upgrade)
Forwarding email filters will keep an eye on your incoming email and redirect it to an unlimited number of email addresses depending on whether incoming emails match your preset rules. You can set an unlimited number of subject line and sender rules to redirect your email where you need it.

Multiple Recipient Addresses (excludes Value Host packages, but is available as an upgrade)
A simple but effective feature, enabling you to deliver emails sent to a certain address into more than one POP3 mailbox. Great for distributing information to everyone within your company, for example.

Scheduled tasks / cron (Premier Host only)
Scheduled tasks enable you to run a CGI or PHP script automatically at a specified time/date. Examples include making a backup of your databases or completing a daily batch processing event. You can configure any PHP or CGI script present in your webspace to run up to every 30 minutes.

Flexible upgrades (all packages)
We've changed the way that MyPANEL upgrades work, which means that you'll be able to add virtually any feature to your package, no matter what package level you have, bringing you even more flexibility and room to grow.

MyPANEL skins (all packages)
MyPANEL skins allow you to customise the way MyPANEL looks by adjusting the colours of the main menu. You're the one using MyPANEL, so why not have it the way you like it?

Controlled access (all packages)
A simple but handy security feature, allowing you to prevent anyone from accessing MyPANEL unless they've logged into SiteControl first. An effective added level of defence against people doing something they shouldn't.

Fully customisable reseller control panel (all packages)
One for the web designers and resellers - it's now possible to fully customise the extra control panel that comes with each hosting package. Not only can you turn the extra panel on and off, but you're able to customise the logo, skin (menu colours), welcome message & technical support URL or email address link. What's more its now possible to control what menu options your customer has available to them, so they only get the features you want them to have. Website statistics archived forever (excludes Value Host packages, but is available as an upgrade)
Rather than going back 12 months, your website statistics are now available since your package was purchased, whether that's 2,3 or even 6 years ago!

Comprehensive domain control (all packages)
You can now alter the nameservers on any domain held with SupaNames automatically via MyPANEL. Owners of UK domain names can now automatically opt their domain out of the UK whois database (the public database showing address details of all domain owners) & update the postal address associated with their domain too.

Webmail interface for quick & easy login (all packages)
No more remembering POP3 hostnames & usernames! There's now a quick login feature for our webmail service within MyPANEL. Simply select the mailbox you wish to check, enter the password and you're in!

Ability to stop and start FTP service for increased security (all packages)
As well as being able to stop and start your website, you can now stop and start FTP service on your package. What better way to have peace of mind against unauthorised access than simply turn FTP off when you're not using it?

DNS record management (Premier Host package only, but is available as an upgrade)
We've reworked our DNS management tool to provide an easy way of adjusting your domain's DNS record, without needing a PHD in server administration! What's more, this tool is now available on all packages as an upgrade.

Instant fix for webspace (all packages)
A quick "one click" fix for a whole range of common problems like incorrect file ownership, permissions, rogue .htaccess files and more besides.

Upgraded autoresponders (excludes Value Host packages, but is available as an upgrade)
You've now got more control over your autoresponders than ever. You're now able to choose exactly when your autoresponders are live, so its possible to set them just for the weekend, or automatically every night when you go home. There's no need to remember to switch off again, we'll do that for you.

Upgraded FTP service with faster access (all packages)
We've included a new FTP server with MyPANEL to make logging in and using FTP faster than ever before.

Firewall rules control (all packages)
If you want to connect to a remote website from within a script in your SupaNames account until now you had to specifically request this to be permitted in our Firewalls by emailing our support department. To save you time, we've created a simple form for you to fill in each time you wish to open up a connection.

Improved look & feel with new menu system (all packages)
Last, but not least, we've worked hard in improving the look and feel of MyPANEL including adding a whole new menu layout & clear section icons designed to make navigating as easy as possible.
